This notice concerns website visitors. Examinations, diagnoses, treatment and patient records are not handled through this web form. Healthcare processing requires its own notice in the relevant care process.
Data, collection and purposes
When you access the site, your IP address, requested page or file, access time and technical browser information are processed automatically through the internet connection and hosting infrastructure. The purposes are to deliver the requested content, resolve errors and prevent unauthorised access. This limited processing relies on the legitimate interest in operating a secure website, subject to protecting your fundamental rights and freedoms (Turkish Law No. 6698, Article 5(2)(f)).
Accessibility and notice preferences are stored on your device. The page URL carries your language choice; it is not separately saved in browser storage. They are not used to build visitor profiles or target advertising. Details appear in the storage inventory below.
Recipients
Hosting infrastructure and technical support providers may process technical data within their service duties. Authorised practice staff and the email service provider process messages you send for communication purposes. Information is provided to competent public authorities only where legally required and limited to that requirement. The site does not use advertising or behavioural analytics services.
Contact details and messages
The form uses the name, email address and message you enter to prepare a draft in your email application. It does not send these fields to the website server or save them in a website database or browser storage. You decide whether to send the draft in your email application. Draft retention in that application depends on your provider and settings.
If you send the email, Prof. Dr. Şengül Özdek processes your name, email address and message to consider and respond to your enquiry, relying on legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f). A personal data rights request is handled to meet a legal obligation under Article 5(2)(ç). Records necessary for establishing or protecting a legal claim may be retained within that limited purpose under Article 5(2)(e).
Do not enter health information, diagnoses, test results, identification numbers, bank details or another person's private information in this form. Contact the practice by phone before sharing medical documents.
This information is not a request for consent. The form does not collect blanket permission to process health data.
Privacy and external links
Maps, YouTube and Vimeo are not loaded as embedded third-party players. Selecting a link opens the provider's website in a separate tab. Your IP address and browser information may then be transmitted to that provider, whose privacy and cookie terms apply.
Fonts and site images are served locally. Processing on linked external services is separate from processing within this website. Using this site does not grant blanket permission for data transfers.
The technical location of hosting and email services also determines their data flows. This notice is not consent for an international transfer. Services involving processing or access abroad require separately established transfer conditions under Article 9 of Law No. 6698.
Retention and security
Browser record lifetimes are listed above. Message retention is assessed according to the time needed to resolve the enquiry, applicable legal obligations and any necessary period for a dispute. Hosting access log retention depends on the service configuration. Website code does not automatically delete records held by the email or hosting provider.
When the processing purpose and legal basis end, records must be deleted, destroyed or anonymised through the relevant retention and disposal process. You can request information about, or deletion of, your own records using the channels below.
The application uses permission-controlled administration access, secure session cookies and security headers that restrict external content. Authentication secrets and contact form contents are not written into publicly accessible website files.
Your rights and requests
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your personal data is processed and request information about that processing, its purpose and use. You may learn recipients in Türkiye and abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met. You may request notification of those actions to recipients, object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis, and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may apply in writing or through a method set out in the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Requests to the Data Controller. For a formal email application, use an address previously provided to and registered with the controller. If you are unsure about registration, ask this email address about the application method or apply in writing. An ordinary email is not automatically a valid formal application in every case.
Describe your request and provide contact details. Identity checks should be limited to information necessary for the request and method; the web form has no identity-document upload field. Requests are answered as soon as their nature permits and within 30 days. A fee under the Board's tariff may apply where additional cost is necessary.
Administration users
Kreatif Medya account sign-in is for authorised website administrators only. Account identifier, name, email, permissions and session details are used to verify access and protect content management, relying on the legitimate interest in secure administration (Article 5(2)(f)). Visitors do not need an administration account.
